How can I confirm my purchase?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please email us at [email protected] and we will gladly check into it for you!

I just placed an order. Can I change it?

We will do our best to accommodate any changes to orders placed, but since we process our orders as soon as possible, any changes made after the first 24 hours are not guaranteed. Email us at [email protected] with any changes or order cancellations.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept most major credit cards: Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. You may also pay with PayPal.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order, but in order to receive your Dreamers Rewards points for your purchase, you must be logged in to your account. If you need assistance with your account, please email us at [email protected]

Do you take custom orders?

Yes. We do allow custom orders. The minimum quantity is 20 bracelets, and all orders deliver in 4-6 weeks. To inquire, email at [email protected]

How much does shipping within the U.S. cost?

US shipping is free on all orders, and will be shipped via USPS First Class. Please allow 5-7 days.*

For expedited shipping we have two options:

Standard shipping is $5.95. Standard shipping will take priority over other orders, and will ship within 24 hours via USPS First Class. Delivery time is 3-5 days*.

Priority shipping is $10.95. Priority will take priority over other orders, and will ship within 24 hours via USPS Priority mail. Delivery time is 2-3 days*.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally. Please check with your country’s import laws. We are not responsible for any additional custom taxes.

Once I place my order, when will it ship?

Processing time for free shipping orders is 48-72 hours.

Standard and Priority shipping will ship within 24 hours.

Please allow an extra 24 hours on all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday.

Is there a way I can track my shipment?

Yes. All shipments come with a tracking number. You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for USPS to update the information. Note: tracking information is not always accurate, and once we ship your package, we are not responsible for the shipment time and delivery. If you have any questions about the location of your shipment, please check with your local post office before contacting us.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?

We do not process orders on any major holidays or Sundays. Only Standard and Priority orders will process and ship on Saturdays.


Can I return my order or exchange my order once I receive it?

Yes, of course. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Lillian & Co. jewelry, so if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. You can read our return and exchange policy here.

If I get my watch and decide I would like to return it. Can I?

Yes, you can return our watches in the original condition in the original packaging, along with your receipt, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please email us at [email protected] to begin the return process.


I have skin allergies. What are your bracelets made of?

Our bracelets are made of hypoallergenic surgical grade stainless steel, and are lead and nickel free. Our gold bracelets are made of the same stainless steel and coated in a thick layer of 18K Gold.

How do I size the bracelet?

Our bracelets fit most wrists; from a small woman’s wrist to a large man’s wrist. Our daughter is eight and it even fits her wrist!

To size, place bracelet on wrist, wrap your fingers around the entire bracelet, and squeeze to desired size. To remove, simply pull it apart. You can do this over and over without damaging the integrity of the bracelet.

How do I care for my bracelet?

Our bracelets are scratch and tarnish resistant, but to extend the life of your bracelet, store it in the velvet bag when not wearing it, and clean with a jewelry polishing cloth.

Wearing our bracelets in salt and chlorine water does not damage the bracelets. Slight fading of the rose gold and gold may occur over time.


When will preordered watches ship?

Watches will ship in 6-8 weeks from July 14, so approximately sometime between the end of August and the second week of September.

Are your watch straps interchangeable?

Yes! All of our watch straps feature interchangeable quick release that allow you to customize your watches with a push of your finger. Currently, we are not selling extra straps for our watches, but keep an eye out as we expand our options!!

Are the watches waterproof?

Our watches are 3ATM water resistant, which means your watch can be exposed to the rain. It is not meant for immersive water activities, such as, but not limited to, swimming, showering, bathing, or other water related activities. Damage from water is not covered under warranty.

What are your watches made of?

Our watches cases and mesh bands are made of hypoallergenic surgical grade stainless steel.

Are your watches unisex?

When we began to design our watches we had both men and women in mind, so yes! We think our watches are perfect for both sexes!

Do you offer other quotes besides your Dreamer watch?

Right now we are only offering our Dreamer timepiece. In the future, we may offer other quotes, but for now it’s all about us Dreamers!!
