Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Lillian & Co. jewelry. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at returns@lillianandco.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate your return: Please email us at returns@lillianandco.com with the reason for your return/request for refund along with the original order number and full name and email address of the person who purchased it.

Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Item must be unworn and returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, and in some cases exchange one product for another of equal price.  If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at returns@lillianandco.com with the reason for your exchange, and send your item to:

Make sure to include the original packing slip and which jewelry item (of equal price), include style and color, you would like in exchange. Processing/shipping your transaction can typically take about a week from the time it is received, we will be in touch via email.
